The 2020 edition of Urban Ski Weekend was hosted by LHHNY own DJ Self, Jamal Woolard, and the female cast of LHHATL! They did not disppoint as they entertained and interacted with the crowd! Our packages includes hotel stay, party passes, comedy show, breakfast, and plenty of networking oppurtunities. We also have transportation available via one of our exclusive party buses. These buses will be available in Alabama and Tennessee.

Following registration the first payment of $125 is due on or before October 15, 2020. The second payment of $100 is due on or before November 15, 2020. The final payment (remaining balance) is due on or before December 15, 2020. If the announced payment dates have passed contact us for our current payment plan. Any payments after the due date will incur late fees and is subject to cancellation. No, it's not included in the package, but can be purchased once you arrive at the resort. The cost of the ski excursion is $99.
The bus will depart Knoxville at 1pm (EST) on Friday and return to Knoxville Monday at 4 pm (EST).
The bus will depart Birmingham at 1pm (CT) on Friday and return to Birmingham Monday at 4 pm (CT).

While we encourage everyone to "at least try", since it is a "Ski Trip", YOU CAN try another excursion such as Lazer Tag, Ropes Challenge Course, Horse Back Riding, Shopping Excursions, Mountain Tours, Ice Skating and a few others. Regardless of what you do, you will still get everything else in the package and the exchange options will NOT over lap the other events. Its going to be fun for everyone.
Yes. Transportation is provided for this trip if you purchase our Diamond Package. If the party bus is not your thing then the Emerald Package was designed for YOU.
